Financial Literacy
One Step at a Time
According to the United States Chamber of Commerce, Latinos are not only growing at a rapid pace, but are also opening small-businesses at exponential rates. As consumers, Latinos have become one of the most important drivers of economic growth in the United States.
However, the lack of information and financial education contribute to the failing rate of Latino-owned businesses. In 2016, the poverty rate for the Latino community was at a disproportionately high at 19.4%. That is why the Academy of Latino Leaders in Action has collaborated with the National Financial Literacy Campaign to launch a series of seminars and workshops aimed at the Latino migrant community. We offer comprehensive programs for Personal Development as well.
Personal Development

Through our leadership development programs, participants will develop the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and personal sphere. These Programs and seminars will consist of; personal well-being, setting and prioritizing goals, physical fitness and nutrition, and finally spirituality.
